You understand that this application fee is non refundable and meant to ensure that all potential adopters are serious about getting and caring for a puppy. Are you serious about taking care of a puppy
Taking care of a puppy can be a lot of work. Have you and your family educated yourselves on how to care for a puppy?
After you submit your application there will be information attached to your copy on what to expect with your new puppy. We also require you to read over our FAQ. Will you read over the information we requested you read?
Does anyone in your household have allergies to dogs?
Have you ever adopted a puppy before?
You understand that you must be 18 years or older to adopt a puppy

You understand that your application is good for 1 year until you make an adoption.
You understand YDP will not hold puppies for potential adopters unless the puppy is reserved. Meaning if you make an appointment to see a puppy someone can still reserve 1 of the puppies you requested. A reserve form will cancel your appointment for that particular puppy.
Did you know we offer free delivery of your reserve puppy to all Monroe county residents? If you are outside of Monroe county we do have other delivery options available. Would you like to take advantage of any of these offers?
You understand that appointments only last for up to 30 minutes. Our team members will have to prepare for their next appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. Do you understand?
You understand that you are allowed to meet up to 3 puppies per scheduled appointment.
You understand that our delivery driver has to pick up the puppies to bring to your appointment. If you have a scheduled appointment that you miss without notice, a $25 no show fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled
Which of the following best describe your reason for wanting a puppy?

You understand that we provide 2 different types of services. Our available puppies is different then our YDP associates puppies. If you are trying to adopt a puppy from an associate, you must submit your application and contact the owner of those puppies directly. Once we can Verify that your application was submitted, we will release their information to you. If you see both logos on an image that means you can only reserve a YDP associates puppy through our website. You will then meet with one of our team members at our location on the that particular puppy ready to go date. If you would like to an appointment to meet with their puppies you must meet with the owner of the puppies at their location. You also understand that Your Dream Puppy Acres does not house, purchase, raise puppies that’s being placed by a YDP associate. Any questions and/or issues regarding the price, temperament, health, and/or payment of the puppy should be done directly with the breeder/owner of the puppy.

Do you understand the difference between the services we provide.

 We provide a service for families with a litter of puppies to help get them adopted.  We also allow people to run advertisements on our platform to help place their dog or puppies. If you know anyone who needs help rehoming their dogs please provide them with our advertisement link.
